Tsuitchi is a friend of Drum's. She has teleportation powers but prefers to use her fists instead of magic. She doesn't talk much but she has a mid to low range voice. She appears later in the series/books and seems to usually be in a bad mood. While she is angry most of the time, she's not heartless; she cares for Drum like a brother.
