Hirota Eba (He-roh-ta Ee-bah) is the ultimate scout. A loyal and kind scout, Hirota Eba spent most of her time helping others and doing good by her community. Hirota is incredibly sweet and quite smart. She devotes her whole self to the most righteous cause at present and values all life. 

Her voice is peppy, kind of like Asahina's from DR:THH. Experiment around with her voice as much as you'd like.
