River has a hard life. He was born with a weak power (turning water to objects) But that never stopped him from attending Rivalry Haul. School of superhero’s! Even though he is the weakest kid there, he can still make a difference. His mom got pregnant at 19 and she needed a surgery to get baby river out.

“Mom, why is my power weaker than others? All I do is use up water just to make objects. Is something wrong with me?”
*annoyed and grumpy*“Ugh! Can this just be over with?”
Calm voice “Well, thanks. I think we should spend more time together.”
