Speedwagon was a thug in the streets of London, but changed his ways when he saw Jonathan Joestar refuse to fight him and his gang. Speedwagon admires Jonathan and tries to help him in any way he can. You can try out any voice for him, but make it sound like someone whose in their mid to late 20's.
