Hugo Puke is the epitome of discipline - calm, collected, and always ready to follow orders. Despite his training as a Barf Ranger, however, Hugo has found himself in a real spot of trouble. Stranded in the wilderness with his only lifeline being a radio, it’s up to Bluke to communicate with Hugo and navigate him out of the situation he’s in.

We imagine Hugo sounding something like a disciplined soldier. He’ll have some sort of filter put over his voice to mimic the fact that he’s speaking over the radio.
