Major Maximillian Cid is a dedicated member of the Liberl Army in charge of overseeing Leiston Fortress, the largest military installation in the country. He is a noble man that is intensely dedicated to Liberl and its people, feigning loyalty to the Intelligence Division during their coup in order to carry out acts of subtle sabotage against their plans. Like Colonel Richard, he was trained to use a sword under Cassius Bright and is a shrewd strategist.
For Cid, I'm looking for a voice that is in the medium-low range with a confident but calm tone.

This emergency escape hatch leads to an underground aqueduct. There's a boat set up there, so you should be able to use it and escape. (urgent)
