Syrius is very open with his emotions, and is likened to an excitable puppy on a good day. He's very driven and keeps trying despite past failures, in hopes of getting a lucky break. In spite of his limitations, he is resourceful and will make do with what he gets.

He has the same sort of energy as a dog that sees its favorite ball, a roller coaster of emotion. He needs to be expressive, but not completely cartoony.
