Eli is a popular twitch streamer / youtuber  and one of the main options the player will have to date. He refuses to take almost anything seriously and can be very annoying and a little mean-spirited in his teasing. Money, and getting more of it, is one of his 'passions' and performs bank robberies and arson regularly to achieve this goal, and to demonstrate his "problem for authority".

Technically Swedish, but an accent is not required for the role.
