31 year old Skull 21 is an admin of the crime organization "The Ace Of Spades" he is one of the most dangerous members of the organization (other than Roulette) he is a child of a another admin of The Ace Of Spades (who is an Elementalest), training under her since he was 5, he became a dangerous human being, until at age 23 where his mother (the one who was training him) died and so his anger was filled up. The mob boss promoted him to admin shortly after that incident.
