The loyal steward of mayor Dalmore, Gilbert Stein is a well educated and intelligent individual who hopes to be mayor himself one day. However, Gilbert is much like his boss in that he possesses a darker side that manifests itself when put into a corner. He craves power and will do anything to get it,
For Gilbert's voice, a running gag in the series is that he screams like a girl and has a whiny voice for a guy, so that's what I'm looking for. I don't mean to say he sounds like a girl, but that he screams like one and has a decidedly unintimidating voice, so something in the high/medium-high range is the goal here.
