Morris Dalmore is the mayor of the Ruan region, and a member of the last true noble families of Liberl. While he comes off as a very dignified and caring man, he is a horribly corrupt and cutthroat politician that cares about no one other than himself, and is willing to kill anyone who stands in the way of lining his pockets.

For Dalmore's voice, I'm looking for something that sounds older and refined, but the actor will need to be able to flip a switch from kind old man to psychopath.
