Levi Dunlap is the new Sheriff in town. He is a gunfighter from the New Mexico territories here to take the job. He's gritty, nearing middle age and likely a bit rough around the edges. Levi should speak with a Texan dialect and should sound between the ages of 30 and up. We've had issues with this before, so we will write again. Please do not give us a "fake" deep voice for this character. There are other roles for you if your voice doesn't fit the Sheriff.
"(sighs) I thought that was comin’. I’m not too happy with the idea. "
"I wish I knew. I just wanted to meet with you and let you know there’s no hard feelin’s. If I don’t win, there’s a few other towns who’d be willin’ to take me on as Sheriff. From what everyone says, you’re a good man."
"No ma’am. I saw your ranch. Er...parts of it. You’ve got a strong herd out there. And you’ve got ranch hands workin’ hard. They look happy to be here. And ah...pretty ladies don’t tend to rustle cattle. "
