Bratty is best friends with Catty, she is a tall turquoise lizard/dragon monster with blond locks and freckles. She's just as loud as Catty, I assume shes pretty confident but doesnt speak her mind to strangers like Catty, I feel like she would have a soft voice with a bit of a low tone, maybe a kind of southern accent and lisp?

Very nice! A tad plain for this character, You See, when I think of Bratty I think of (although I dont like MLP) Applejack a little as a voice for her c: Nice Audition though!
