Wow! So far, so good! This is very much what I'm looking for :) Going to give it a few days yet though before jumping the gun, but I've given you an upvote. Very natural sounding. Probably 'cos you're from Texas ;)

        Okay, it was a super tough decision as there were so many good entries, but I've decided to cast arcadiansonnetva for the role. Thank you all for submitting your auditions. At least I know I can find some great raw talent in this place should I need more voices for projects in the future. :)

Mallory is from the Deep South. I’m looking for a female actress, preferably from the Southern US States: Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, etc., who can pull off a believable stereotypical ‘Redneck’ accent. Listening to Mallory Knox from the aforementioned film would be a good start. Mallory shouldn’t sound old/mature. She’s roughly 20 years of age. She needs to be loud and obnoxious. Not afraid to run her mouth. There should be an element of mischief in her voice and she should sound a little husky from smoking.


I've given a paid price of $75 for this role, but this can be discussed in more detail with whoever is successful audition. It may mean I pay you more :)
