Clem is one of the children living at the Mercia Orphanage in the Ruan region. The biggest trouble maker of the four children at the orphanage, Clem will mess with anyone he thinks is an easy mark, and will occassionally even steal things if he thinks he can get away with it.
For Clem's voice, I'm going to need a high pitched and boisterous child-like voice.
