Police Chief, he is a guy that is quite serious for his own good. He gives off the vibe of being annoyed & also being a bit apathetic towards others. He appears frequently sometimes throughout the series. As for his voice, I'm fine with a Low range and open interpretations. He does appear later on again in future episodes, so keep that in mind.
