Colonel Alan Richard is the leader of the newly formed Liberl Intelligence Division, and is a former student of Cassius Bright. Though he is beloved by the people of Liberl, he becomes the villain of the first game because his fervent devotion to Liberl causes him to go to dangerous extremes to protect it. Despite this, he is not a bad person at heart and truly feels that he is doing what must be done to ensure his country's safety.
For Richard's voice, I'm looking for something in the medium/medium-low range that contains a firm, but still friendly tone.
