Kilika is the Bracer Guild's receptionist in the Zeiss region. Like Zin, she hails from the Calvard Republic to the east and maintains strong ties to her cultural heritage despite living in Liberl. She is an incredibly intelligent and quick thinker, to the point that those who don't know her think she can read minds, and her reserved and quiet personality just further adds to her mystique.

For Kilika's voice, I'm looking for something in the medium-low range that is both soothing, but distant.
