Ketaro is first seen as a bully. Later on after he befriends everyone he becomes a jokester with a major obsession with the ladies. He is 19 born on June 6th. His hair color and eye color is black. His mother gave him up for adoption when he was born and later his stepmothe and father adopted him. He's been struggling ever since. He's also been held back a year for skipping too many days.
