Side Parry is a criminal on the run. The specifics are very spoilery, but basically, he's very manipulative and cunning. He is not, however, calm; he is angry, confident, scared, or any combination thereof depending on the situation. While the age range is listed as "Young Adult", Middle Age would also be accepted.
Side Parry is a recurring major character. He will not appear much at first, but in later episodes, his voice actor will have quite a bit to do.
(angry, demanding) He'll be coming after me any minute. Keep him off my tail, or I'll shove yours down your throat!
(panicked, pleading) Help! I... I promise, I'll turn myself in! Just get me out of here, please!
(confidently; a note he's written after escaping) You'll never find me. You'll never catch me. And you'll never see your father again. Goodbye, "captain".
