Lucy is the wife of Incineroar, and another trainer at Camp Pain. Unlike her husband, she is cool, calm and collected, and speaks with a lot of wisdom. Her training methods are also very different compared to Incineroar's, where she focuses on more calm and disciplined arts like yoga or tai chi.
Her voice is meant to be that of a wise and caring mentor, who speaks with a soft tone and (Preferably, though not necessary) an English accent

(Scolding) “You know our marriage is still in question after that disgusting display you did with that egregious Bayonetta!”
