Dice is a deranged serial killer with a liking for gambling and card games. His calling card is that he leaves a card from a deck embedded inside of his victim's hearts, all seemingly from the same deck. He is generally excited when it comes to playing games.
His voice should sound excited, maybe happy voice. Somewhat of a monokuma voice perhaps? Somewhere in the Medium, or Medium-high range.
