One of Team Galactic's four Commanders. She is first encountered at the Galactic Building in Eterna City, and again, at Lake Acuity. Afterwards, she and her associate, Mars, wait atop the Spear Pillar, watching as Cyrus summons the two Legendary Pokémon, Dialga and Palkia.
