The sun shines on a bright, hot summer day. Families burst across the dry dirt road searching for ingredients for their next meal. But in the courtyard which lies beyond the market is a woman hitting a scarecrow with her sword.

 The snow crushes as she heavily walks through the flat snow-dusted wasteland. Then she hears soft crunches behind her. She slows down and as quickly as light she summons her sword, turns around and presses the blade into the neck of the thing behind her. River sighs in annoyance as she realizes who it is.

River opens her eyes to find herself in her broken down, dark, quiet hotel room. She sighs and falls back onto the not so soft bed. She closes her eyes is rudely interrupted by Sunny saying ‘boo’. River annoyingly opens her eyes to find Sunny hovering over her.
