Harold  is the only need for the flash back scene at the beginning of the story and may be need later on too 

King Harold : Harold was the previous  king of Enchanted Capital and  is the father of Prince Richard and Nickolas and Granddad of Princess Scarlett. Harold is a single parent as his wife passed away a few years ago and sometimes struggles to look after his two sons as they tend to play up alot however this soon changes as he teaches them that they will have will soon have big responsibility Richard will some day be king and Nickolas a royal guardian  however Harold makes a little mistake by showing a lot more attention to Richard than Nickolas to an Extend where he starts to favourite his son Richard which make Nickolas jealous 

Personality:  A people person and is very proud of his People in his Kingdom he shows great Empathy Generosity toward his people and come across very Patient, he also show unconditional love toward his family as he cares for them dearly

Voice:  I've always Imagine him sounding very wise  but very jolly tone of voice  (ideally a cross between a middle aged man and a old man voice)
