19 year-old King of Hearts is the main antagonist of the 3rd part of Elemental Punch-A-Roo, he is the son of Poker (the minor antagonist of part 1 & 2), he was born with elemental powers that he inherited from his father he alway was a troublesome boy, getting in trouble etc, but when he turned 16 his father trained him to be evil, at age 18 he created a criminal organization called  "The King of Cards", a revived version of "The Ace of Spades", at age 19 he went to the school Mike went to and cause havoc to bring back the evil in the world
