A character in the David Vincent Angel series. Sounds a bit like the Jupiter Spy from the “Sparks Nevada” series on The Thrilling Adventure Hour. A large, flamboyant character who always tries to hog the spotlight. Higher pitched voice, a bit nasally. Pure evil.
