Oswald Cobblepot comes from one of the rich family's of Gotham. When Oswald was young he was teased because of his short height and abnormally bird shaped nose. Oswald would keep getting teased over the years making him feel and become an outcast. the teasing and rejection society gave him drove him to become evil. This set Oswald on the path to becoming the biggest crime boss in Gotham's underworld. Oswald would eventually work his way up on the totem pole working with Carmine Falcone and Sal Maroni. After they fell Oswald had the chance to rise up and start running crime in Gotham.

Oswald Cobblepot is the alter ego of The Penguin. Oswald is ambitious and calculating. The voice of Oswald/Penguin should sound menacing, raspy, ambitious, and older.
