Leo is the prince of the sea world and he like to believe that all because he like Lori she is meant to be his queen. He is kinda dumb but still tries his best to stand up to the heights his father did (even if a lot of it focuses on Lori rather then actual duties as the prince)

Your voice doesn't really feel like this character or anyone here.
