He strategic and let his henchmen capture food for him while he sits and drinks his meal. He's vicious but a gentlemen that very manner-like. He speaks in a slavic accent but sometimes with he is angry his voice becomes deeper and inhuman. He is one of the three kings of the universe that capture colonies and planets for more food resources for him and his people. He is sarcastic but very polite in a sinister way depending on his mood.
