Cosmos is NOT one of the Golden Souls. He comes down to Earth with a purpose: to hunt down the person messing with the Timeline. The person messing with the Timeline is Allan, one of the Golden Souls that Deminica obtained who has a magical journal. So Cosmos becomes a heavy obstacle in Deminica's evil scheme to overthrow Satan since all Cosmos wants is to take the journal away from Allan--since it is damaging the Timeline.
