Skirmish is a member of the town guard, and Tussle's twin brother. He's very laid-back and calm - no, he's not deadpan or lazy, he's just chill. He's a thinker rather than a fighter, with machine expertise and knowledge of many things. (Do not give him a "nerdy" voice.)

Skirmish is a recurring side character. He will appear frequently, but not necessarily for long periods of time in each occasion.
