Character Desc: Tall, menacing, sophisticated, green eyes, grey/brown hair. President Adimeer acts, looks and talks like any cliché villain would yet we completely understand why he does what he does behind his menace. He has the countries best interests at heart, which is to finish the ongoing war. However, nothing will stand in his way to get what he wants, which is where he ultimately effects the people below him and creates a dystopian society. He is calm, calculating and sophisticated. Rarely gets angry externally
