He normally speaks in a dry sarcastic or cheeky flirty manner. He dosen’t have a too deep or low ranged voice. Around the middle. He might have a slight rasp to it but his voice is open for interpretation
Thomas is a (super powered) professional lying thief for commission. He is a unpredictable fickle individual (he can be a flirty charmer to complete asshole quickly if you don’t interest him) with some narcissistic tendencies(very self conscious about his scarred body)). He has little problem in using violence (loose morals) and likes to flirt with danger despite the risks, quite literally and figuratively. Basicly a sarcastic lying A-hole.
