Meikai is the Ruler of the World Of Solace, a dimension where gods live and help to keep the world alive, and where a dark presence has suddenly spread and overcome everyone inhabiting it. 

Meikai is a calm, dignified ruler even though he may look 19. He was cast into the role of a god and a king when Eziel came down and bestowed him, Syane, Soshiro and Karanaia with great power. He has a neutral voice with a very slight deep to it.
