Jubeyde is quite flirty but tries to use that against his enemies by luring them with his charm. I imagine his voice to be charming in a  medium pitched voice. Jubeyde gets angered easily especially when their plan doesn't work out as planned. Jubeyde is like the "boss" in the series and is very secretive. He appears in the shadows from time to time and was sent to gather information about the 3 main characters.
