Ansere tends to be hyperactive and loud, a little obnoxious, but she means well. She is fearless, even in tough situations, though her outlook on life is somewhat anarchic at times. She tries to keep a happy, playful attitude around her friends, so as not to worry them with her darker habits.

I'd like her voice to be a little jarring. Not exactly grating, but something that pulls attention to her.
