Buggy the Clown is a reoccurring character in the One Piece series, and he is reportedly one of Eichirou Oda’s favorite to draw. Buggy is a flashy pirate who has dreams of becoming the next king of the pirates, but that damn Straw hat keeps getting in his way! There is more to him than meets the eye, but most of the time he falls into the “we’re blasting off again” villain vibe.
