The villainous doctor of Mobius, with an IQ of 300, is single-handedly responsible for the destruction of his home world thanks to the creation of Metal Sonic and by extension Metallix.

Dr. Eggman is a cruel human being who will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of world domination. Despite his high IQ, he can be quite silly at times.

Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of Mike Pollock's take on Eggman but either his or Deem Bristow's performance can work if done right so feel free to give it either interpretation.
