The Hero we never needed. Like ever, like seriously. Nobody asked for this guy. But we got him and even though he has the most horrid reason for wanting to save the world. We kinda need him to make it work.

Give him a young evil scientist kind of voice or anything you feel would fit the character if he had an English dub.
