As far as how I think that this character sounds, I think she's supposed to have a medium-high pitched voice. It would represent her as young, but also show that she's growing up. I've always found that the lower toned voices help reinforce sarcasm, somehow. Based on the lines and description given, I feel that's something this character needs to portray.
