She should be hammy in a more nasally kind of way for her voice, something like Olive Oyl or maybe a nasally Southern accent.
*Sounds cheery, but in a stepford smiler way* "Now now dearies! They're just jumping to conclusions! Your father is only missing!"
*Shocked and outraged* "*GASP* Bea! Watch your language!"
"You know something, I tell you what, I bet that mean old Goat was the one who caused Chauncey to go missing! *Really ham it up here* HE'S A BULLY!"
The way you say/execute those lines is spot on (Like your tone and how you said "HE'S A BULLY!" are perfect!), but I feel you could work on the voice just a little bit, maybe try a little more hammy/squawky?
