Honest is a prideful and ambitious man with a great lust for power. He hates Night Raid and the Revolutionary Army deeply. He cares very little for anything besides himself and his position. Usually, he is shown to have a cheerful attitude which is enough to deceive the young Emperor about the Minister's true intentions. He is quite emotional and his mood can change in a snap.

Honest is very gluttonous and is often seen eating.
