Lady Locks is another main villain! She terrorizes a town of teddy bears to cook oatmeal for her endlessly, but she is never pleased. She complains about everything and nothing is ever good enough for her. Her accent should be a touch of English or British. While still maintaining a mean and nagging tone. She should sound like she's looking down on everyone. 

  • You fools ave no reason to celebrate! I wasn't pleased one bit! Your oatmeal was yet again complete and utter rubbish!

  • I will not put up with such rebellion! These bears will cook for me! I will have my oatmeal by any means  nessacary!
