Bhari is a minor recurring stranger in a strange land, appearing as an occasional world encounter. Across Tamriel, she unearths and carries many fantastic treasures, trading them for similarly fantastical curios. However, it is not the item itself that she values, but the energy of the person whom has been carrying them. Her culture is one of spiritual trade, and in return for a glimpse of your pain, your happiness or your curiosity, she will offer her own in turn. She is also, like a good number of things in this mod, a massive walking reference to a certain Russian video game.
She does not need any specific accent, but if you wish to perform with one, you may. Her general tone is friendly, but relaxed. She is not excitable, nor does she express emotion very strongly in her voice.
"Bokkh-anhorh. The sun rises shallow in the skies these days. Does your blood sing?"
(Rather than asking the last sentence as a question, it is presented more like a greeting, as if she is saying 'how are you?'. Her tone is soothing and friendly.)
"Ahh. It sings as vhaal? That finds a glow, imuun. A treasured caste. Your fortune precedes you. For my Voices, vhaal trade in equals. I have many Songs of my own. Exchange would strengthen us both... in moderation."
(Bhari is proposing a mutually-beneficial opportunity to the player. She sounds calmly persuasive and convincing, and is not excitable nor anxious to pose the opportunity.)
"As you wish. What is it you give me, vhaal?" [pause] "I accept your pain, torakh, lung. May this ease your burden, lighten your heart. For you, I give... a piece of my joy. It is little, forgive me, but it glows warmly in these frigid climes. May it bring you closer to wealth. Bokkh-tahn, and colour your Tapestry."
(Bhari is making an exchange with the player. Upon accepting their 'pain', her tone becomes ever-so-slightly sympathetic, but otherwise continues to be smooth and stoic as they complete the trade.)
