(Talking to her sister in a heart to heart conversation) "Though I may not know if this is what to describe what I am feeling, I
have had my eye on a specific person for a while. Maybe it's just the
feeling of admiration, or maybe a confusion of rivalry. I always get the
feeling that I should surpass him, but I'm not sure why..."

(Narration) Maybe she was right. Maybe I did want to impress him. But why? It's not
like he'll notice me. I've been liking him for a while now, but only
from a distance.

(Embarressed) "No! Why would I ever want to impress a boy?! I very well know that no one will ever pay attention to someone like me!"
