Captain Cuttlefish is the pure embodiment of "how do you do fellow kids?" He should sound like an oldster who's trying to be hip, but ht just comes off as awkward and really goofy. For his voice, I want a very stereotypical old man voice, but only slightly sillier.

For the first line, he should be rapping, trying to sound cool, but just sounding stupid.
For the second, he should be doubting himself, and he should sound slightly nervous.
For the third, he should just be absolutely losing it. He's terrified.
