Mrs. Toro is Julian's mom. She's kindhearted and lovable! Polar opposite of Mrs. Azcarraga basically.
She could also sport a slight Spanish accent (but if you're more comfortable doing it in a neutral North American accent, that's fine too!)
She's definitely got that sweet mom voice that sounds a liiiittle mature, but definitely not sexy.
