Hotaru is one of the main 10 Sailor Scouts. Here she's pretty much the same accept for her personality is a bit more open now. She reveals her identity of being Sailor Saturn to her Professor and tries to free her from her demon form before she is killed. Thanks to Saturn she is able to unlock a new power that is within Sailor Pluto and Sailor Mercury as well. Hotaru is more of a comedic here as she takes Usagi's place in reacting to things that seem over the top ridiculous. She has a crush on Sailor Karmen but denies her feelings for her altogether to avoid embarrassment.
P-professor! No! It can't be true! Snap out of Namelesses control!!
(Trying to snap Laura back into her sense)
Ahhh!! We're all doom!!! Huh? Wait... It's just you guys. *sigh*
(Over panicking at first then realizes Mercury and Pluto have arrived and we aren't doomed at all.)
