This role is open for dedicated and experienced editor(s) that are willing to do editing for comic dubs-
 this would include  editing in the voice actor's lines, creating visual effects etc.

The insertion of sound effects/music is not required, as long as you are able to create engaging transitions from the panels and are able to insert the voice actor's lines. For your audition, we are mostly looking at the ability to complete these two things as a minimum requirement!
